Giving and receiving feedback and evaluation is a way of a professional life in pathology. When it is done right, it may synergize the team members and unleash their full potential to deliver quality patient care. However, this is not an easy task and when it is not done right, a negative effect in professional relationship may add to the burnout of pathology workforce. During this 1-hour webinar attendees will learn specific tools to help the process go more smoothly and effectively. Useful resources will be provided. Let this webinar be a primer of how to conduct evaluation and feedback to our lifelong learners, no matter if you are a trainee or a practicing pathologist.

The goal of obtaining a non-lesional liver biopsy is to help determine the presence, type and extent of liver injury and possible etiologic associations. An important part of histologic evaluation is recognizing patterns of histologic changes and the corresponding possible causes. In this Webinar, Dr. Krishna will present a systematic approach for evaluating biopsies based on pattern recognition, and where applicable describe more specific findings, with the aim of providing our clinical colleagues with information relevant to patient management.
