ACTION ALERT- Oppose Surprise Billing Legislation in the Senate

All CAP Members should have received a CAP ACTION ALERT last week requesting you to contact your senators and urge them to oppose the Lower Health Care Costs Act of 2019 (S. 1895). We strongly encourage FSP Members to TAKE ACTION now and respond to the alert sent by CAP using the customized letters sent by CAP to contact your local senators.

Legislative Update: 2019 Florida Legislative Session Has Ended

The 2019 Florida legislative session has officially ended on Saturday, May 5th, a day later than originally scheduled due to delayed budget negotiations. The FSP had a great deal of issues we were working on, but altogether we came out unscathed this Session.
